No it doesn’t. We require a 50% deposit upon booking and the remaining 50% at least two weeks prior to the event. Yes we can. We can provide personalised monogram initials for the top of your well and if you hire our medium or small well, you can select one of our love heart picture frame to hang from the centre with a picture of you and your partner. The bond will be reimbursed in full within 5 working days upon return of the undamaged and intact hire item. We require your bank details (Account Name, BSB & Account Number) upon booking. After your event we use those details to direct deposit the bond back into your account. Yes we can decorate the well with two colours, one on top of the other in whichever order you prefer. We have more than 40 colours from which you can select to match your theme. Just send us a swatch of your material and we will do our best to source matching decorations. If your colour is not within our range, we can provide a personalised colour matching service for an affordable fee. Frequently Asked Questions
